I have been told recently by someone to keep a journal to ensure that I write what kind of thoughts come in my mind. I would love to write down in a journal cause it's - A good way to pass your time, in case you are bored. A good way to recollect the activities that you have done in a day so far. In this way we become mindful about what all we have done throughout the day and how we need to be mindful about the upcoming activities that we have to perform in the upcoming time or days. These are some benefits that I find by writing down in a journal. What are your benefits that you can discover by maintaining a journal.

That's good to write a journal. Some say it could help you to release stress.

I've read that when we are hit by so many problems that it makes us stressed or anxious, we can do it by writing a daily journal. So that it makes the mind relax and reduces the burden on the mind.
