Back from the Gym

On this picture-perfect weather day, it was so nice to walk to the gym and soak in the sunshine both ways. For Pilates class, we had 10 people and one new person who left 20 minutes before it ended. Maybe it was too much for her or she had to go somewhere. No Michelle today. Maybe next week or after Labor Day Weekend I'll see here again.
Here's what we've done in the mat in no particular order and a bit reversed:
2 100 Cycles and 1 Swimming Cycle
3 Fly Poses and 2 Tree Poses (1x/side)
6 Saw Poses (3x/side) and 4 Clock Poses (2x/side)
4 Side Planks (2x/side) and 4 Side Half-Pivots (2x/side)
2 Mermaid Stretches (1x/side) and 3 Child's Poses
4 Warrior Three/Airplane Poses (2x/side)
4 Planks (2x/side) and 2 Saw Planks and 2 Forward Folds
6 Criss-Crosses (3x/side) and 4 Double Leg Circles (2x/side)
4 Pretzel Crunches (2x/side) and 4 Side Knee Crutches (2x/side)
I think that's about it. I'll be back tomorrow to check in with notifications.

Thanks Alfredo. I did feel good. My lower back did too. But I do miss yoga.
