Bad Experience With Amazon

Although I don't experience any bad situation at Amazon but sometimes things are not in our control and not in their control too.
So today I was about the pay to Electricity bill through Amazon when I saw the Offer of Rs. 100 back when I pay with Amazon pay UPI online payment so I opted for it and not any other way but I didn't received any any cashback and when I enquired with Customer support they said there was no offer like that so this means I won't be getting any cashback.
Have You experienced this on Amazon when it shows you're eligible for cashback but you didn't receive any?
