Since my brother will stay with me for a few weeks, I become wondering about how can make some healthy yet fun meals. I found a few suggestions. The first one is Peanut butter and honey sandwich. Requires one utensil, and it's got carbs, protein, and fat. Honey is a better sweetener than jam/jelly. In addition, you could use the same knife to cut half an apple or banana into thin slices, and use that instead of honey. And A glass of whole milk. Protein, carbs, fat, all in one glass. Whole milk is only 3.5% fat. Most of its negative press is just ignorant hype. Also a can of garbanzo beans mixed with 1/4 cup italian dressing. (I prefer Newman's). Easy to make a bunch at once, get a little bit at a time for snacks. Make sure to rinse the beans before mixing in the dressing. We have Fruit. You can eat it after washing it. Buy a bunch on the weekend, and eat it throughout the week. Meet (except bacon). Cook a bunch on the weekend, and grab what you want during the week. Plenty of unhealthy elements and junk food, but he likes them I just wanted to welcome him that way and then stick to healthy food... Any other suggestions for fun healthy meals??

you have got a nice idea of healthy food. It is better to take healthy food prepared at home than having junk food from the market.

Yes, I try to keep up good health. when you prepare food at your home with your hands, for me I feel so happy while doing it, and of course, it will taste better than junk food.

I don't have a kid so I cannot help you with this. Maybe Youtube can.

You can make a salad, apple pie, banana cake, if you have sweet potatoes you can boil it, or peanuts can be used as a delicious snack to accompany watching football or talking.
