Meet me Kuliat Simbolon . I'd love to be able to speak English, everything I've done from listening to English songs and translating them, trying to watch movies with English text reading English books to now just starting to use Mylot, but until now my English is still below average let alone in terms of communication and writing in English I definitely find it difficult.
For mylot friends can anyone advise me to improve my English even more?

Mingle with people who speak English a lot on a regular basis and you will learn automatically. This has happened to many of my high school and college mates, the ones who could not speak a single English sentence, now after many years I find them speaking English fluently!

I'm happy that you are making an effort improving your English :-) What you have been doing are ways that will help you go farther in your journey to perfecting your English :-)
I hope you'll have English speaking friends whom you can communicate with and spend some time with them when you guys have free time.

My late mother taught English to a girl from Iran, and she started with children's books, then had her go up to higher ages as she progressed. I think you are doing a very job so far. You have a few run on sentences, but overall you have done a great job.

Read a lot of english books, watch english film and try practicing by talking in english to people like when ordering foods etc.

Practicing it with a native English speaker can be helpful. It is nice that you are improving. Being in here can help you write more and interact with using English language. Plus, you'll get to gain friends as well. Keep it up, and soon you'll get used to using English and improve grammar as well.
