We prepare Modak (sweet dumplings), this is a little bit hard to prepare, for this first we off steam rice flour on mixing with hot ?? water, then using hands we prepare dumplings, then we fill with sweet powder . this powder we prepare in using coconut and jaggery. After filling in the middle, then we seel with water, then we place a design in edges. Then again we put in steam until it cooks perfectly. This process is very long and needs the patience to prepare. Here I give recipes list what we prepare today Idli, does, Modak, Sundal, panakum, vadapappu, vada, moong dal payasam, Appam, vundrallu, chavala kayalalu and many more. I think those names are known only Indians, but not possible to find names of these traditional dishes in English. Can I know how many members known about it?
