I've been quite proud of myself for my perseverance on this story. It's been hard to focus lately with the pandemic and my anxiety being sky high. For the past few days though, I've really been focusing and trying to get at least one part re-written or edited a day. Only one part is my goal every day because I have other things to do as well and I can't just focus on this one thing all day. Though sometimes, when it's flowing, I really want to. When I started the re-writes I was only ranked in Wattpad's truemates category but the day I published the re-writes I hit in the intrigue category. Since then I've been holding steady. I haven't gone up or down and I'll take that. It's great to go up in the ranks but it feels horrible to go down in them. Once I get some more work done today I'll focus on the re-writes again. So far I have all of chapter one done and three parts of chapter two done. I started on the fourth and last part of chapter two last night but I didn't finish and I don't want to start re-typing it until I have it all written first. Not that what I write matters a whole lot. I never write the same thing twice...ever.
