Back from the gym..belatedly

An hour ago, I've returned from my Pilates class at the gym. The weather was still beautiful and pleasant to walk in flops this afternoon. Our Pilates class were small at six people (including myself), which is the summer normal even before Covid happened. And once again, no Michelle. Maybe I'll see her after Labor Day Weekend like old times.
Here's what we've done in class tonight in no particular order:
2 100 Cycles (on stomach, on back) and 1 Sidekick Series (1x/side)
6 Head Crunches and 8 Criss-Crosses (4x/side with bent and straight legs)
6 Single Leg Stretches (3x/side) and 6 Double Leg Stretches
6 Single Leg Circles (3x/side) and 6 Double Leg Circles
6 Single Leg Drops (3x/side) and 6 Double Leg Drops
5 Roll Like a Balls (3 legs together, 2 apart) and 2 1-legged Down Dogs (1x/leg)
2 Tree Poses (1x/side) and 2 1-legged Bow Poses
3 Swan Neck Rolls and 3 Swan Neck Poses
6 Side Planks (3x/side) and 4 Planks (2 Bent Elbow, 2 Straight Arm)
That's about it. Someone asked my Pilates instructor about the fall schedule of classes. She said that my gym's going to add new classes here and there after the Labor Day Weekend. She mentioned two Silver Sneakers and 1 Core classes. So I'll be happy if one of my yoga classes returns for fall season.
