Reading Musical Notes

August 26, 2020 10:31am CST
When I was in high school, reading musical notes was one of the lessons that are being taught on music class.. And as far as I can remember.. I really struggle understanding them even if the teacher teaches it clearly.. But when I enter the Rondalla (which is like an orchestra), I've learned like a lot, about reading the notes, the rest and the measure of the music sheet.. How fast and slow a note can go.. And what really amaze me is that, I have reading it because of playing the Banduria.. Then, I just realize that what I have learned was being taught to me way before I joined the Rondalla.. Did you happen to have experience the same?

I took piano lessons for 8 years, so learned as I went. I can still play the piano, but not beautifully!
