My sister's daughter age 3 cannot go along with my son (turning 2 this September)... They are playing together now but it is hard to lose my eyes on both of them since my sister's daughter has a bad habit of beating my boy. Her hands are very fast sometimes pushing my boy down, punching him. I cannot concentrate on working online...

Oh, that's a bad thing to do specially when girls hit guys or vice versa as well. Girl must be a bully huh?
Well, I guess you have to teach them both. Explain that it's not nice to fight each other because they are like family. It's good though that your boy don't fight girls.

3 years old... It becomes her habit, I think... We are teaching her that it is bad but she keep doing it...
