I had a peanut butter sandwich for breakfast and pizza for lunch. So, these 2 combined were my one allowed meal. I am also counting as one of my 3 snacks. So, I can still have 2 shakes and 2 small snacks. I think I might prepare a salad the size equal to 2 snacks. As you know, lettuce has no calories. Yay! Free food! I just tend to use too much vinegar and oil. Maybe I should just make the salad small and use a little salad dressing instead? Can you tell now how I have stopped being a glutton? No more photos of gigantic plates of food. I should have been ashamed of myself. Thank you for cheering me on. I do not want to bore you with details about the diet, but it is nice to have you as an accountability partner.
