Help me fix my laptop

For the last few days my laptop is getting stuck and slows down frequently. I was using my chrome browser today and it was getting freezed and slowing down as usual, and at a point it was at its peak when I couldn't move my cursor and it got completely stuck.
So I decided to restart using the power button key as I couldn't use the task manager or anything. And after rebooting the boot logo screen is been for almost 3 hours now and I tried booting it up in recovery mode which ended up in black screen. I guess I got some malware after downloading a game a few days back and it ended up doing this mess to my laptop. And it's really hard to get a technician at this point of time. I really have to get it fixed i have important work to do.

Maybe you ended up downloading a virus along with the game

@amitkokiladitya I guess I'll have to take it to a technician,maybe it's condition is even worse than I think of.

Yeah I think so, it damaged my laptop from time to time until this happened

Uninstall that game and clean your computer especially its cache.

I have already given it t a technician, he'll repair it in a few days.

I think the problem is the computer hard disk and it needs to be formatted

How to do that, I can't access anything other the the bios menu. And I don't have the windows bootlable dvd so I can reset my pc, so is there any other solution for it ?

@pujanmukherjee5 if there is ie and chrome on the same system then expect lot of system issues.

@piyushbhatia1 ie is there on windows 10 for default, and ie doesn't work now. I may have disabled it previously o don't remember that.
