Maybe A Snack?

I have been attempting to have a healthy kitchen. We have a potato and onion bin in our kitchen. A little while ago, a light bulb went on. Why not have a baked potato for a snack? Snacks are only supposed to be 150 calories each. I am allowed 3 snacks a day. One medium-size potato has 161 calories. Should I go over the limit by 11 calories? The only problem is I cannot smother the baked potato with butter, sour cream and cheese! Your opinion? Thank you! 161 calories

Well I’d you don’t want the extra 11 then don’t eat it. Because if your going to want stuff on it is wait. But if it was me I’d totally go for it and put some butter on it.

If it is something you are wanting go ahead and have it. It is close to your goal.

3 potatoes would equal 33 calories more than allowed. Not too bad?

Potatoes on every bag I've seen is 110 calories. You won't be going over unless you put that other stuff on it.
