I've done my check up today with the doctor. I was expecting to have a endoscopy, but sadly, he won't go through with it unless i get a swab test first.
I was done filling up forms but when I asked them about the price, it was a whooping 136$
We had to do it anyways because the hospital might not honor other results besides theirs.
The hired driver told me that public hospitals offer half the price
Now, I have to wait ten days for the results..infuiriating because I have to come back again.

Here in my province, it's 8k and 12k.
8k if you have to wait for about 3 days or more to get the result and if you're in a hurry, they will charge you 12k. You will get it in 24 hours.

@Letranknight2015 Really? OMG
So where's your sample? If ever you had undergone quarantine until the results come out, 20 days is already past the quarantine period.

With the Pandemic happening around it is just right that when you will undergo medical procedure you have to come clean and free from Covid infection else other patients might also get it and even the medical people compromised by it. That is why it is important to stay healthy at this period to avoid this costly medical procedure adding to that having to undergo swab test to ensure you are covid free person.

Is that for Corona virus or something else and 136 is cheap here. more like `1036 not that its anything to brag about. Health should never be about profit.
