I´m watching for the nth time one of the several Tarzan movies.

All of the Tarzan movies I have seen along the years are bad. And many years ago I came across the books and thought that if they were reedited, they would be immediately burned.
The Tarzan books were very racist, more than the films that were more about a young man who knew how to climb trees and go ffrom branch to branch and a lot more about showing how all Black people were stupid because they were Black and that White people were intelligent because of their color.
Things change and even books and movies change. The world in permanently changing.
I don´t like all the changes, but I like some of them. How about you?

A lot of old movies were racist up until the 50s up to the 60s but that was how things were then and that's all history now, I'm glad things have now changed in the movies.

I never read any of the books. I would not be interested in reading them if they are racist.

No civilized society should agree with racism or any sort of discrimination. Change is the rule of life. So whether we like or not time and again we have to adapt to them.
