Hey everyone! Things are going good here. My friend's birthday was yesterday and she lives in US. I had planned to call her when it would be morning there since there is a time difference. When I called her, she was sleeping.

Both of us were laughing and we talked a lot after a long time. She was sharing about the situation which is present where she lives. Similar is the situation here as well. It felt really good interacting with her after a long time. I did a lot of tasks today. My diet is in balance these days and I hope to continue this for long. Let's hope for the best. How has your day been?
