I am interested in the Turbo Jam dvd workout collection. I seen it on an infomercial, and it looked really promising. they have a site, www.turbjam.com anyone tryed it? I want to get feedback before purchasing!!!!!

I personally started out using "Yourself!Fitness" it's software rather than a video, and you can alter it to your level.

I had No idea there were DVD's. I am thinking about getting the Cookbook just to see how to Eat better. My husband is gaining a lot of weight, and was interested to see if this could help trim some of it off.

I have tried them and lost 80 pounds so far, they work great and the cook book really helps, I have it and it is really helpful and the food taste great too.
