Wednesday Lunch Chick Peas with Prantha

A prantha or pronthi or elder brother of Chapattis
is square in shape and heavy than a normal Chapatti and you have liberty to add salt, black pepper, red pepper, Carom seeds or Ajwain, butter or Desi ghee while preparing it and it does taste really good and with that it'll be Chick Peas prepared in the morning and of course ginger pickles and curd. I'll have it in 10 minutes.

I make round Parantha..never the square ones.
