Even If I want I cannot Buy A Smartphone Now

This will be a problem for me and even if I want to buy a smartphone now I cannot because as per their policy I cannot.
This is what Flipkart told me today because in the afternoon I was unable to order a smartphone and upon calling the customer care, they told me that I have already purchased maximum smartphones so I cannot purchase any.
That'll be a headache of a sort for me.
Have you ever experienced this problem?

I don't know. I guess it's because I purchased total of 3 smartphones last month. Redmi 8, Samsung M11, Infinix 4 plus and then a basic phone for mom
