It’s Been Over 23 Years

It’s been over twenty three years since our friends Neal and Brendan were Murdered, in their homes in Hercules Ca, they were long time family friends, and were still friends with Susan, the wife of Neal and Mother of Brendan, she was at work, but walked into the gruesome scene. I was nineteen when this happened and I remember everything about the morning I found out, from the pouring rain to the shock, I’ve written on this before but I’m not sure, I have here, at least not in great detail and I’m not really doing that now either, but.i did find an article some years back by a friend of Neal’s. One thing I should say though was I got my first laptop, he gave me one he used for his business, or bought for his business, this particular laptop cost well over three thousand dollars, and if I remember correctly it was closer to 5k, this is at a time when laptops were far from cheap. He surprised me with it and told me, if I was going to be an author, I’d need ta computer. The computer actually lasted for a good amount of time, I’ve had many since then, but that will always be the one that stands out...
