Am I Doing A Right Thing?

I take my morning walk regularly!
And while taking the morning walk I feed a packet of biscuits and some savory mixture to the birds which they enjoy!
Yesterday I received a message on my Whatsapp, which said that we really need not feed the birds as the mother nature has its own provision for them!
By feeding them we are making them dependent and they pass on this trait to te coming generations also thus making them dependent us!
Though it makes some sense to me, I think we are doing too much of harm to these birds we can compensate them by feeding them!
What is your take on this? Do you feel I am doing a right thing?

Perhaps the message, you received that we should leave the birds to fend for themselves, is right. We should not interfere in working of the nature. It has made provision for everybody. I think human beings need more of support than wild animals and birds.

I don't find this a good thing and I think we need to feed them and not really think about other things

@mythociate , Yes! I fully agree with you! I fail to understand if they do it deliberately or they are doing it out of the ignorance!

@mythociate , Yes, I understand that and I do practice that here whenever I am having ample of time with me and if the person is present on the site at that time!
