I am seeing a particular number always

Woke up and I had to fix my thought on a particular number I always see around me. 316 has been the numerical figures I always unconsciously see on my watch or phone time. Someone should help me understand better how to queue into this strange occurrence so that I will feel something different in my life. Your advise is welcome

If you're reading the Bible you may know the meaning or its message. Just read this from the Book of John 3:16 -

Yes, I have checked that up and I have been living my life ever since with such consciousness. Obviously, I know there a connection to all these happenings.
