We often do body shaming or comment on the physical deficiencies of other people. Starting from small talk, joking too far or even to break the ice. In fact, this bad habit is not good to do continuously. this can be categorized as bullying.

I agree with you that as people, we ought not to shame others because of what they look like for we know not what they are feeling. There are really insensitive people who just blurt out whatever they think knowing it can hurt the other person deeply. They already know their flaws and they don't need someone pointing it out.
I know of a beautiful quote by Tyrion Lannister on the TV series Game of Thrones, "Never forget what you are. The rest of the world will not. Wear it like armor, and it can never be used to hurt you." Sometimes, the best way to not be offended and hurt is to respond in a humorous manner. We can never truly get rid of bullies, might as well learn how we can defend who we are currently, and maybe working on it if we can do something about it.

@nawala123 Yes, sometimes mental health comes into issue as well. Not everyone can be strong when being bullied, and we should understand that. You should take a listen to Shane Koyczan's spoken word: "To This Day." It talks about bullying but it's the most beautiful words I have ever heard about it. And well, at least there are more good people who hate bullying too.
