You don't need a lot of money to get married. At least here in the United States all you need is a marriage license which costs about $50 US and then you just go to the courthouse and they marry you there.

Why dont you just put the wedding plans on hold until you can afford it, My fiance and i got engaged recently and plan to get married in September 2007, we would of done it sooner if we could of afforded it! It actually doesnt cost that much to get married it is when you start inviting heaps of people and throw a huge party to celebrate it that it gets expensive!
