Luisa with a slice of lemon, this is what I am ordering instead of cafe whenever I am out with friends or by myself. I love this drink since I was too young. We here in Morocco use it for babies for helping them have better sleep, and if they have gases it is good for it too...
For me it helps me with anxiety and colds as well, I drink it at night to help me sleep easily and quickly

For those who don't know what Aloysia is; it is a genus of flowering plants, native to South America. It was brought to Europe by the Spanish maybe that's why we call it here in Morocco Luisa. It is used for digestive disorders including indigestion, gas, diarrhea, and constipation. It is also used for agitation, trouble sleeping, colds, and fever...
It has many names: Aloysia citrodora, Aloysia triphylla, Cedron,Herb Louisa, Hierba Luisa, Lemon-Scented Verbena, Lippia citrodora,Zappania citrodora...
I am enjoying my cup of Luisa with honey and a slice of lemon, I have beside it sweeties we call them"Les boules de Neige", and watching five feet apart movie for the 3rd time.
what do you call it in your country,?And what are other uses for these lovely flowering plants?
Do you have any movie you never get tired or bored of it?

I have a big plant in my garden. We call it CedrĂ³n and I dry leaves in summer to have it through the year. It is delicious.
