How do Chinese Cuisines taste in real?

I am a lover of Chinese webseries. Recently I watched 'GO AHEAD' (It's something different of a drama. With its amazing cast and unique plotline, its something which impedes you to do other things than watching the episodes.)
There I saw so many delicious to the eye Chinese Cuisines. Especially The Hotpot. Is it really that tasty?
I am just curious about it. Chinese people please let me know. I am dying to hear it.

im not chinese but im really fond also of their dishes.. hotpots are very delicious too.. welocme here in myLot ma friend,enjoy and have fun communicating with other nationalities and kn owing some cultures..enjoy
