Looking like christmas tree

Do you see a person or a woman who looks like Christmas tree?haha, just made me laugh on this word.
I heard this to a fellow i can't remember who exactly but she meant, the woman who wear over decorated herself.
Like wearing colored dress with makes up,red
lipstick, and wearing noticeable jewelries.That what she meant by looking Christmas tree.
Do you dress up which look like Christmas tree?
Or just a simple retouched and dressing?

@rhuenz I wouldn't do myself up like that but I think it's fun when others will decorate themselves during an occasion or just because it makes them feel good.
