I have anxiety attacks too. There are times it happens so often and once in a while. What helps me in coping with it is distraction, listening to relaxing music, a relaxing scent, the rest has to do the way I process my thoughts and emotions. I tell myself it’s temporary and I’ll be fine.

I understand completely. I have had anxiety attacks for many years now. They are very scary.
I hope you can find something to help you.
Things that have helped me :
1. Doing one thing each day that makes me happy. Even when I am busy, I try to stop and do one thing to help myself relax. I have a coloring book, dot to dot activity book, I write and I crochet.
2. When I start to feel anxious, I ground myself by trying to focus on things I can touch, hear, see and smell.

I think I had a brief panic attack and it is the worst thing ever! Have you ever seen a psychiatrist? Maybe one could help you with some medication.

That can be so problematic. Try to end the anxiety by doing yoga or some other meditation
