Jakarta will set an emergency brake

Hello everyone! Let me introduce my self as a newbie in here.
I hope you are doing well. Because the pandemic is still ongoing.
On the next Monday, 14th September 2020. Jakarta city will set an emergency brake. It's bad news for me and all the people. This second time for large-scale social restrictions. We'll be back to work from home, limited means of transportation, and schools were eliminated from meeting face to face until circumstances allowed.
How do you think that this time it will be more effective than before?

If all people will strictly stay home and go out only to buy their essentials, then I think it will work. Also, I'm hoping the law enforcers will strictly implement this emergency break.
