the only friend I actually have is my best friend who I have been friends with for 10 years.
Two years ago I broke up with an abusive and obsessive boyfriend I had.
My best friend is still in contact with this ex of mine.
my best friend informs me of the rumours he spreads about me which causes alot of problems in my current life.
She doesn't believe that I should confront him because she doesn't want to lose my ex trust. Besides her warning I went through and confronted him once.
She was extremely angry and posted many times on her status how I was a cruel friend and a fight down.
my ex also lies to my best friend and makes her believe that I'm having sex with endless men.
She always believes his lies instead of me and complains that I don't inform her of the things going on in my life anymore.
I don't inform her of things going on in my life because she tells my ex everything and he usually throws them in my face.
She also talks bad about me with my ex behind my back which I have seen through text messages on her phone.
she always gives my ex right wheather his wrong or not....And she's much closer to him than her own boyfriend.
i have always been there for this girl in every way possible...I have never placed anyone before her but lately I feel like I need to remove her from my life completely so i won't have to deal with her or my ex anymore.
Am I making the right decision?

You are. Besides it took you so long to make that decision. She's not your friend, otherwise she wouldn't spend more time with him than you. In addition, if you broke up with your ex why do you have to be informed about what he does? Just let him behind!

@Merliva I know it might hurt you to stay way from her, but you have to do what's the best for your mental health!

I guess you`re making the right decision of completely removing her out from your life to have peaceful mind. She don`t deserve an attention.
