I woke up feeling dizzy this morning.

When I got up this morning (yesterday) I felt really giddy and a bit sick, so I didn't have my usual bath and I just sat on the sofa trying to get over it. It took until nearly lunch time before the giddiness went away but I did manage to get some dry breakfast and a cup of green tea down me.
I had some toast with jam on it for lunch because I thought I'd be able to stomach it better than the soup I was going to have.
I felt well enough to go to the big Tesco with my Mum in the afternoon, and I got myself a pasta and chickpea salad bowl to have for my dinner instead of the stir fry I was planning to have.
Anyway, I'm feeling better now. I just hope the same thing doesn't happen tomorrow morning.

I hope it doesn't happen again. Maybe it is because of acidity. I feel giddy when my stomach needs fiod.

It is curious, yesterday morning I felt dizzy as well, so after taking breakfast I went to bed again and by the time I woke up the dizziness had faded away!
