Email notifications

Just busy on mylotting and in btc website then suddenly i received notifications which popped up on my tab,Four emails was log in there and the three if them have mails,so i just checked it for a while but just nothing important.
Do you check emails daily?
Or only when you're expecting important mail to come.

I check it every day to see if there are any incoming emails from some of the online survey sites I follow.

I get full of spam emails, so I have set notifications of important mails.

I do check my emails everyday whether they are important or not.

I have to check my mail all day long because important official mails are coming, so I have to check email constantly.
