I have really bad cramps today

I woke up to my first day of period today. That's why my lower back was aching yesterday. One of the disadvantages of being a girl... I just want this day to end so i can just sleep, but i still have an hour of work left. How is your day so far?

I used to have those cramps. I don't have it now but the low back pains are terrible

I experienced the same during that time,it's either leg cramps and back pain or if not then a terrible headache. Hope you feel better soon,
