Technical error in the exam

Today my son appeared for an national level exam. The exam was online and all was going well . When all of a sudden there questions did not have the images associated with them. I had no idea what to do. I took theory pictures and after the exam I sent them.to the exam support.
They reverted back saying that it can be a problem in my side for maybe my system did big support it.
I using latest Del laptop with windows 10. My wifi had a speed of 8mbps. And so I'm still wondering what went wrong.

Sorry you had to face that. You are right virtual and technical education is still nowhere close to real class. Despite of all our technological advances.

@amitkokiladitya What exam was it?? It is my personal opinion and you might disagree. I strongly feel that exams hold no value in young children's life till they are 14. So I never worried about them. My children wrote no exam till they were 14. Once my elder daughter went till International level spell bee when she was in Grade 4 and won too. But next year she didn't want to go for it. Schools called us but my husband was very clear that we will not ask her to do it till she herself wants to take it. Somehow school was not happy with us but we are happy that we respected her decision.

It is too bad that he could be penalized for something not his fault. Hopefully, others will encounter the same problem and they will figure out how to fix it. It could be a coding error and they just blame it on your system.
Things like this will happen more often as students turn to the internet to complete their schoolwork because of the virus.
