Back From the Mercantile

A quick trip to the Mercantile took a little longer than expected because Teresa needed a break, and I showed up just in time lol. Glad I could help out even in a small way. She helped pick out a dinner that looks really good, I’ll be making a Coconut Chicken with brown rice and mixed veggies. The Chicken is precooked because unfortunately there supply of fresh meat is low due to the power outage and everyone trying to restock, but she’s got good taste, so I’m sure it will be good. I’ll be cooking brown rice and mixed veggies to go with the meal. Anyway I was glad that I could give Teresa a much needed bread. And now I’m home relaxing. My back is sore but nothing I can’t handle, otherwise I’m doing well...
