Anxiety

Let's talk about anxiety Manxiety is manageable. I usually go to a quiet place when I feel anxious and take some deep breaths to calm me down. So far its working for me and I'm able to go on with my day as usual. There are days though where I feel I can't manage it and that's my bad day. How do you deal with your anxiety? Does it affect your daily life?

I gotta say that I have a low level of anxiety. Sometimes I can handle it, sometimes I can't. Luckily I haven't had to be medicated, however I have met people who have.
