What is your worst shopping experience?

Grocery shopping online is my worst experience. I ordered a lot of foods online and I thought everything will be fine. Sadly when I received it and checked for the expiration date. Some of the grocery food will expire after a few days or weeks which makes me feel upset. I was able to report it and they rest assured that it'll not happen again. However, I no longer use their service after that I experienced.

@Shavkat Indeed especially nowadays since not everyone can go outside because we need to be careful. However there are also cases that because of the food deliveries they can transfer the flu to other customers. Which makes me really afraid

No I didn't. They keep on insisting that the food isn't yet expired and I can still cook it. However, it's a lot of grocery and I can't cook all of it in just a week

Expiration date is important mostly in food and medicine.The worst shopping experienced i had is when we ordered cheap tablet online,it's good for few days after that,YouTube,browser began to misbehave. Now i will not order such again. Better to go on physical store.

They did, and they said that they're going to investigate. However, the damage is already made. Instead of replacing my groceries, they're just insisting that I should keep it since it isn't yet expired.

My worst shopping experience happened last year. I shopped to a nearby local grocery store after work and wants to buy a week of supply of groceries but I don't have enough money so I decided to used my credit limit using an online cash platform (gcash). I bought items worth 500 pesos (10 dollars) but when all items were scanned and I am about to pay using my phone, the internet don't work. Luckily, I saw my friend and he lend me money. Ahaha.
