Trust me ... Sometimes we don't really want nothing at all , not to talk to anyone or hear anything or see anybody... At this time maybe we are in a period of Psychotic blank or break as a result of fatigue and false exhaustion. At this perid we don't have any explanation for what is going on with us, because we ourselves are not able to understand why or how we got into all of this ... All we need is time, time so we can heal, and back to our normal mood or better... I wrote this in Arabic and then translated it into English

That's true we need sometimes to be all one. But then we have to teach our self if certain things have caused us to be this way then what if I don't give a damn attention to those thoughts. We need to upgrade to not suffer and it will happen when we unwire those thoughts and feelings practice being into unknown time and space

This has nothing to do with your post but since i see.arabic characters, it really amazes me to see how some countries write things using their characters. I only know English Alphabeth.
