It's already past noon and since I get up I've been sneezing a lot, this is a sign of a cold, I think, so I'll start drinking my lemon tea with honey and lemon balm, this helps me a lot with nasal congestion, how are you today? ?

There's wildfire smoke where I live. That can cause sneezing. Today Oregon had the worst air in the world, beating New Delhi and Beijing.

Wow. Can you see a bit more sky today? I'm up in Pleasant Hill and can actually see a bit of blue, along with sharper shadows.

Mine are worst in the mornings. Once I get through my cough and sneeze fit, I'm OK.

I have allergies, so I sneeze a lot in the mornings after I wake up. Then I'm OK. Today, I'm fine. There's less smoke in the air than there was yesterday.
