It took hours to cook the hen in spite of the pressure cooker. But now the meat is schredded and placed in containers. I covered it with its broth. I labeled the containers and dated them. After that I put a plastic over them and they are now in the freezer. End of that work. I am listening to the vacuum cleaner in the living room, but I will not help there. I should be taking a nap as Claudia and my brother called me. My sister is very well and she might be going home either tonight or tomorrow. Claudia called me to tell me that she had bought glasses. Good for them. We even have the flag out. We are ready. And Dixie is bringing empanadas.
