Online v/s offline business management.

Between online business operations and offline business operations which do think is the best choice for your business or do you prefer both choices?.
In my case I will choose both online and offline business operations. Offline enables me to meet my customers both existing and new ones, offline will also improve my business image thus increasing market share.
Online will help my business to promote it's products and services to many clients both locally and internationally thus more profits and credibility for my business.

I agree that it should be both, I'm a businessman and I think every brick and mortar business should also have an online shop to compliment it.
