Instrumental Background Music

I'm playing instrumental Christmas songs now,aside from worship and praise songs,it makes me relax and very calm. What are the kind of music you play to make you relax and calm?

Sufi music it is a kind of religious music very soft and calming... unfortunately I can't play any instrument, but I am looking forward to learn how to play the piano.

Instrumental piano, a French music by Celine dion and a German music I don't seem to understand the lyrics but it works for me.
