hardwork vs smartwork

what do you think? in todays scenario which is more fruitful hardwork or smartwork

Smark work is fruitful. What is the use of working hard without producing results?. Smart work will end in profit. Both donkey and Horse Run, but it is the horse run, which is fruitful.

i think both. many time u have to use your smart work and sometimes hard work. but i think combination of both give better result.
