I was carried away to youtube

This afternoon,i supposed to take a nap around 4:30,then my mind got disturbed and thinking to visit my favourite teleseries in YouTube. I was carried by my desire to watch until 6 p.m. Omg!this is what i don't want to happen,once i start watching then i can't stop.I don't want wasting my time just by watching only,so better i will avoid it. Is this happened to you also mylotters? Once you start watching, you can't stop it?
