How to lose the meat in the belly?

Hello, my friends,I am not very happy for my belly, I could not wear the skintight trousers, because of the fat of my belly, now I will try my best to lose the weight, however I don't find the good way to do exercise, my friends, could you please provide suggestions to me to lose weight? Thank you very much.Is it a good way to skip rope after lunch and dinner? I skipped rope on 800 times yesterday, and sweat so much and I felt very tired,and my legs were very strained.Today I don't skip rope , I guess there has a other good solution to lose weight,please advise your good and health ways so, I will appreciate your advises.Thank you very much.

You can drink home remedies like 1Tb apple cider vinegar in a glass of water 3times a day..or drink some slimming tea.drink more water before meal

@bettydeng5 i mean if you drink more water before meal your kinda feel full already and tend to eat less dish and carbs..your welcome ma friend,goodluck to your loosing weight project

Eat balance diet,avoid fatty foods,carbs,sugar. Avoid drinking right after meal. Do exercise,planking will help flatten fat in the belly. you may try to drink this,mix pure ginger,garlic and apple cider vinegar juice.before breakfast.

the problem you face is the most serious problem for me right now. There are many ways that can be found to overcome this problem, but right now I only make arrangements for eating and exercising regularly.
