Helping my grandma search for her long lost relative in Singapore

Her name is Rupina Binte Sarjo. Used to stay in Jurong East and work at Hewlett Packard Spore Pte Ltd in Bukit Merah. She has a nickname Pungut which she's called and she always address my grandma as Mak Mun. As my grandma is now sickly, i would really appreciate is some1 could give me and idea of how to locate her.
