Bhinneka Tunggal Ika, is the motto of the Indonesian nation. This slogan comes from the Sanskrit language which means different but still one. For some citizens of the nation, Bhinneka Tunggal Ika is only a concept, but for me who works in almost all corners of the archipelago. This motto can be seen and applied everywhere I visit. The uniqueness of the Samin residents is Blora's sedulur sikep. Minang Culture, Padang. The exoticism of the customs of Biak, Papua or the beauty of Manado girls. All of these regions have different customs and cultures but they can accept me who comes from Java without any problems. The diversity in unity is wonderful.

@amitkokiladitya diversity in unity. The founders of our nation really understood the many cultures in Indonesia but still supported each other between the cultural differences. So differences are not for power but to complement each other.

@piyushbhatia1 Maybe you mean Javanese wayang. In wayang there are also stories of mahabharata and ramayana, of course with acculturation of native Javanese culture. For example, with the addition of punakawan figures (semar, gareng, petruk, bagong) that do not exist in India, or the addition of places in Java in the story.

You're welcome. Did you know that southern Philippines (Mindanao Island and its surroundings) was once part of the Majapahit kingdom? And until now Tagalog has many similarities with Javanese. All these equations come from Sanskrit, India.
