A Nora Roberts Quote to Stick with Writers

Many writers feel differently about their jobs. When I went to Readers on the River many of them feel like it's a lot of imagination and they need a muse or inspiration.
Nora Roberts feels the opposite. She loves what she does but she views it as a job. With as many books as she has out I can see why she thinks that way.
This quote though kind of stuck with me though. Especially since I have problems finishing what I start and finding the time to write at all.
If you write, is there a role model that you look up to or a quote that you follow to help you write?
This is just one of the quotes that helps me and she didn't even say it when I met her. I stumbled on it on google.

I've read a few Nora Roberts books and she writes specifically for a particular target audience. Her stories are informative with a happy ending, I believe. But her novels are not comparable to classics such as Les Miserables or To Kill A Mockingbird or Siddharta.
Nora Roberts writes well, and her work ethics is shown by the volume of books she has produced. But her books are the easy reading we grab when we want the brain to subside and sleep.
Don't get me wrong, though, because I love feel good love stories with great drama in it.

Nora is my idol and my favorite author. I think everyone has their favorites and their own reasons for that. Technically every author, no matter the genre, writes for a target audience. That's why publishers and assistants choose certain cover pictures or how to word a synopsis.

@JordanLader Of course, Nora Roberts can evoke the emotions of the readers through her verses, that's her strength. Her plots are well researched and the adventures are definitely exciting. No doubt she is an accomplished writer. Her work ethics is par excellence, as the quote up there denotes.
A synopsis at the back cover is marketing technique, as well the cover graphics. As the adage goes - 'don't judge a book by its cover' - the packaging most often fail to present the worth of the work.
I could compare Nora Roberts to Danielle Steele, I think, both have tremendous power in their writings.
