Chocolate Bomb

This dessert is one of the main dessert served during my training to impress our visitors. My chef asked me to do it. The chocolate was melted and molded to a sphere. The exciting part is,inside of it is another dessert which is brownies and can be eaten only if the chocolate bomb explode softly when the hot cream is poured on its top. You'll see the magic when its melted. Have a sweet day always everyone.
