It is very important to note that when someone gets you angry, count 1 to 10 before responding,it will cool your temper and reduce your reaction.

This is good advice. Maybe once you calm down you can avoid saying thing you don’t mean.

Hahaha, the milk is just the counting of 1to10 which helps to reduce the anger in the heart.And your heart gets cool just like you drink a cup of milk

That’s a good advice. When I get angry I breath in and breath out deeply. Then I tell myself forgive and have patience. Then after I walk away.
